Sleeping up to 9 people, this fully renovated 4 bedroom house is designed for casual beachside family living. As soon as you walk in the front door you will appreciate the outstanding quality Surfside provides.
Surfside is only a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can explore through the unique caves of Caves Beach.
With natural toned timber floors throughout and wide open space, the home immediately conjures up a feeling of the seaside, relaxation and fun.
Throughout the property there is 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen bed with its own ensuite with a double shower and full length bath, the next two rooms have queen beds and the 4th room has a tri-bunk (queen bed bunk with single on top). Aswell as a main bathroom there is a third toilet in the laundry which has a front loading washing machine and a clothes dryer. Walk down the wide hallway to the huge open plan living area with kitchen, dining and living area. Double sliding glass doors open out onto the screened and covered deck. ... Bring the outdoors, indoors. The large, fully equipped kitchen has Caesar stone bench tops, island servery, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher while the dining and lounge settings provides a luxurious area to relax and take in a movie on the a large flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD Player. The house also has free nbn Wifi
Surfside at Caves is centrally located in Caves Beach with great fishing spots at Swansea Heads and Swansea, boat ramps, shops cafes & restaurants, all within a few minutes drive. ... and the new Caves Beachside Resort is just up the street.

DIRECTIONS
From Sydney: Travel north along the F3 Freeway from Sydney. Turn left at the Swansea exit. keep following the Pacific Hwy till you have reached Swansea roundabout. You will be taking the 3rd exit onto Bowman St. Following this road you will be turning left onto Northcote Ave. You will then be taking a right turn onto Caves Beach Road. Your property will be located on the right, Lakeshores Accommodation sign will be located on the property.
From Newcastle: Follow the Pacific Highway south till you have reached Swansea roundabout. You will be taking your first exit onto Bowman St. Following this road you will then be turning left onto Northcote Ave. You will then be taking a right turn onto Caves Beach Road. Your property will be located on the right, Lakeshores Accommodation sign will be located on the property.
Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
