Just a short walk from the magnificent Caves Beach, local shops and cafe, Coastal Horizons is welcoming from the moment you step in the door. The feature of the house being the spacious living and dining area with sliding doors so you can enjoy the ocean breeze. Enjoy the comfortable seating for the whole family and large TV while you unwind. Floorboards are located throughout the house with a calm, modern beach theme. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped with utensils, full size fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, the two queen beds and two bunk beds mean this home is set up to cater perfectly for the large family, smaller families or couples. Enjoy a BBQ or let the kids around around the large fully fenced backyard.
There is also plenty of parking in the large double driveway for cars and a boat and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area.
Just a short walk to the patrolled beaches, IGA and cafes, Coastal Horizons is conveniently located to everything you could need during your stay. Enjoy a delicious meal at Caves Beach Resort and watch the waves roll in. Caves Beach is also a short drive to the historic Catherine Hill Bay and Lake Macquarie. The area is perfect for surfing, swimming, fishing, sailing and if that isn't for you, the perfect place to unwind.

The night before your arrival date, you will receive an SMS with check in instructions and directions to the property.
Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
