This modern home is the perfect place to have a family getaway, a couples retreat or a beach holiday. For added comfort it has air conditioning, free wifi and a pool. The pool area has a BBQ and an outdoor setting to fit everyone.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, a private TV and plenty of storage room. The second room has 2 singles beds and the third has a queen bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full fridge and all the kitchen utensils that you will require for your stay. The dining area is apart of the 'L' shape living area, it has a modern feel with a 7 piece dining table, and a beautiful chandelier, there is a second chandelier which is over the lounge setting. The lounge room also has a TV, DVD player and a small desk.
The bathroom has a separate bath and shower.
Out the back of the house there is a queensland room with additional lounge seating, TV and dining table. This area looks over the pool area, so you can sit back and relax and watch the kids in the pool.
Blacksmiths is only a 1-minute drive from Swansea, where all the shops you need are located. There is a Coles, Woolworths, Chemist, McDonalds plus plenty of other food and leisure stores.
Please note: This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.

Location & Directions
From Sydney: Travel north along the F3 Freeway from Sydney. At the Swansea Round-a-bout take the second exit to continue along the highway, at Awabakal Ave, then right onto Cudgee st, then the first left will put you on Kalinda St. The property will be on your left.
From Newcastle: Follow the Pacific Highway south till you have reached Blacksmith, at Awabakal Ave, then right onto Cudgee st, then the first left will put you on Kalinda St. The property will be on your left. , , Lakeshores Accommodation sign will be located on the property.
Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
