No doubt you will feel relaxed in this home – with its retro carpet, ping pong table and comfortable furnishings, this home is ideal for families or friends looking for a budget holiday without giving up location, amenities or views.

Maintaining a lot of its original features, this loved home is the perfect escape from the busy city life. The house has uninterrupted Northerly views of Swan Bay offering something special along with plenty of character. While yes, the home is old, it is spacious and airy, with views to die for. This home will not disappoint with what this location has to offer.

The rumpus room in the center of the house has a ping pong table, dart board and you can even write a message on the guest wall! Complete with band posters, this is a fun area for friends and kids.

Head down the garden path to the boat shed and swing open the doors to reveal the lakes edge. This area is perfect to fish, kayak or paddleboard or just relax with the sounds of the water lapping at your feet.

Please note: The house is on a steep block with narrow steps. Please be careful, especially in wet weather. We do not recommend this home for people with limited access.

Parking is on the grassed area at the top of the driveway but is only available for one car. Parking is available on-street.

*Dog friendly on application. The yard is not fenced so for indoor dogs with supervision.

DIRECTIONS

From Sydney: Travel north along the F3 Freeway from Sydney. Continue through Swansea from the Freeway onto the Pacific Highway. Follow the Pacific Highway until Marks Point Road. Turn left onto Marks Point road and follow this road until you reach the property on your right. Lakeshores Accommodation sign will be located on the property.

From Newcastle: Follow the Pacific Highway south. Keep following the Pacific Hwy until you reach Marks Point. Turn right at the at the lights and follow Marks Point Road. Your property will be located on this road. Lakeshores Accommodation sign will be located on the property.

Cancellation policy

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.

DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.

GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.

This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.

The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.

CANCELLATIONS:

No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)

If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:

*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00

*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.

*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.

*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.

For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
