Elysium means a place of ideal bliss or happiness, and this modern lakehouse is exactly that. Providing 180-degree waterfront views, private jetty and all the comforts and essentials you need for a memorable holiday. As soon as you arrive you will feel a world away from home.
Located in Fishing Point on the beautiful Lake Macquarie, this three-bedroom home is ideally located on the water’s edge. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio and watch the sunset over uninterrupted lake views, walk down to the jetty and throw in a fishing line or bring your kayaks or paddleboards. The home also has free Wifi.
Enjoy the spacious and open living and dining area with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy it at the large dining table. There is a full-sized fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. The comfortable lounge and large Smart TV are the perfect place to enjoy a movie of a night or read a book and enjoy the views during the day.
The master bedroom has spectacular views. Enjoy the comfortable queen bed, access to the balcony, TV and split system air conditioning. The modern main bathroom has a deep spa bath and separate shower. Bedroom 2 features two single beds and bedroom 3 has a queen bed with ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a 3rd toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer.
The private jetty is deep enough to park your boat and perfect for some afternoon fishing. There is seating and a fire pit located on the reserve and the ideal place to sit around, enjoy a wine and the stunning views.
Fishing Point is located just a 3-minute drive to the shops at Rathmines and 10 minutes from the town center at Toronto.
There is plenty of parking for a couple of cars and a boat. Please note that Elysium is located on the bottom storey although completely private.
Please note that Elysium is located on the bottom story although completely private and does not have access to free to air channels, these can be accessed on the smart TV through the streaming apps.
Please note: This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.

Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
