Booking Conditions
A deposit of $500.00 within 7 days to secure your dates.
Full payment is required 14 days before departure.
A security bond of $1000.00 is to be paid on departure.
Hirer must be 25 years old and will be designated the 'Responsible Skipper'
On cancellation the deposit less $50.00 will be refunded if notified no less than 6 weeks before booking. After this time deposit will only be refunded if the hire period is rebooked.

Our pick up & drop off point is at Kilaben Road Kilaben Bay just 5 minutes from Toronto's Main Street. We also offer secure parking for your car.
Cancellation policy
Deposit:
A 50% Deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance of the total hire charge must be paid 30 days prior to your departure.
Deposit Policy:
Deposits are transferable to alternate dates if 4 weeks notice is given before the date of the original hire.
3 transfers allowed within 2 years before loss of deposit.
Transfers not allowed with less than 4 weeks notice.
Cancellations
Cancellations of less than 2 weeks notice incur loss of deposit unless another book filled.
At our discretion we may allow a transfer outside these guidelines under certain circumstances.
Security Bond:
Whilst on hire we require a security bond for the duration of your holiday. For couples mixed company groups and families the bond is $1000.00. If your group is all male or all female the bond is $2000.00. You may choose this to be done with a credit card authorization or we can hold a cash bond. On subsequent hires the bond will be $1000.00 if no problems arise from your first hire. This bond includes $150 for cleaning if the boat is not returned with basic housekeeping done.
This will be refunded less any deductions for loss or damage.
Payment:
Cash or Credit Cards accepted: Visa Bankcard Mastercard and Eftpos.
Direct deposit can be arranged 3 days before your hire.
Cheques will be accepted 14 days before your hire.
Insurance:
All boats are fully insured under a marine policy. In the case of an accident where you are at fault and extensive damage occurs your $2000 security bond will cover the insurance excess.
Hire Times:
All Hires are counted on nights not days.
