This Executive Deluxe Villa is a situated in the grounds of Raffertys Resort. Sleeping up to 6 people, it has 2 bedrooms plus a loft upstairs.

It is the perfect place to relax of an after noon, there is also a sunny courtyard out the back.
In the main bedroom there is a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and upstairs in the loft there are another 2 single beds. The loft can also be used as a second TV area as there is a TV upstairs aswell.
Downstairs there is the main bathroom which has a bath plus a smaller bathroom just off the kitchen with another shower, sink and toilet. The living and dining area with fully upholstered loungs and a leather and glass dining suite. There's also a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. This villa is fully air conditioned with its own laundry with washing and drying facilities.
If you are thinking about bringing a boat there is grassed area out the front that can accommodate it, plus a garage for a car or jet ski.

Location & Directions
DIRECTIONS
From Sydney: Travel north along the F3 Freeway from Sydney. Turn left at the Swansea exit and left again at the Cams Wharf exit (approx. 25kms).
From Newcastle: Follow the Pacific Highway south via Swansea to the Cams Wharf turn off.
At the bottom of Cams Wharf Road is Raffertys Road on the Right. At the end of this road you will see the sign for Raffertys Resort.
Turn left into the Resort and follow the road until you see the first road to your left (Kingfisher Cr) then turn Right (Kingfisher Cr is a large circular drive) you will signage for #25 on the Right hand side. Just past the row of garages. You can park in the garage marked #25, and additional parking is available just before the drive to the right of your unit. Please leave the driveway free for others to access their garages.
Cancellation policy
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person making the booking MUST be at least eighteen years of age.
DEPOSIT: Until either a deposit or full payment is received confirmed and receipted by Lakeshores Management a booking is tentative only and Lakeshores Management may cancel it at any time.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND SECURITY BOND: Prior to arrival and to ensure that the property is treated fairly a Guest Registration form is required to be completed for all bookings and must be completed online and electronically signed agreeing with our Conditions of Tenancy.
This registration requires your credit card details. Damages breakages and excess cleaning charges etc. will be charged to this Credit Card if required. If Credit Card details cannot be supplied a cash security deposit is payable with the minimum payment being $500.00 This will be refunded within 14 days after departure subject to inspection to ensure that the property has been left in a tidy state no damages or loss of property are found and that our Booking & Tenancy Terms and Conditions have not been breached.
The pin code required to access the property will not be provided unless this registration has been read and signed.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
