This brand new, beautiful 6 bedroom home is situated in the grounds of Raffertys Resort. It is right on the edge of the lake, with native bushland on one side and a short walk to the main pool and restaurant on the other side.
You do not just have the luxury of staying in this architectually designed home, you also have the added benefits of having access to all of the resort facilities including the 4 pools, tennis courts, lakeside beach and restaurant.
Sleeping up to 12 people, this 6 bedroom home has 2 queen beds and 8 single beds. Each queen bedroom has its own ensuite with spa bath and walk through closet. This property has more then enough room for 2 or 3 families, especially with the 2 living areas, computer room, 4 bathrooms, a separate toilet in the fully equipped laundry and enough seating inside and out to comfortably seat the whole family. Another added bonus with this property is it is wheelchair friendly, with light switches and bathrooms on the bottom floor suitable for wheel chairs.
Another of the many features this property provides is a balcony upstairs that has 180 degree views of the lake. Location & Directions
DIRECTIONS
From Sydney: Travel north along the F3 Freeway from Sydney. Turn left at the Swansea exit and left again at the Cams Wharf exit (approx. 25kms).
From Newcastle: Follow the Pacific Highway south via Swansea to the Cams Wharf turn off.
At the bottom of Cams Wharf Road is Raffertys Road on the Right. At the end of this road you will see the sign for Raffertys Resort.
Turn left into the Resort and follow the road (Wild Duck Drive). You will keep following Wild Duck Drive which will then lead into little Corella cove, follow that till the end and the property is there.
Cancellation policy
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given if the guest or guests leave prior to their departure date, regardless of the reason for the early check out. The following cancellation policy applies if you have booked direct with Lakeshores Accommodation (congratulations on finding the cheapest rate!)
If you cancel your accommodation, and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If however the property cannot be re let, one of following will apply:
*Bookings cancelled at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00
*For cancellations over twenty eight (28) days of the arrival date the full deposit is non-refundable. If any payments have been received over the deposit then the refund will be total amount paid to date, less the deposit.
*For cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date 75% of the total tariff is non-refundable.
*We do not accept partial cancellations of days or guest numbers.
For refunds where the payment method was by credit card the refund will be processed back on to the same credit card. All other refunds will be via direct deposit to your bank account.
